Position Details:

  • Obtains histories and performs physical assessments.
  • Makes daily rounds of patients.
  • Assesses response to medications, treatments, and interventions.
  • Evaluates status and complaints of patients.
  • Orders laboratory tests at request of the Supervising Physician.
  • Orders diagnostic tests at request of the Supervising Physician.
  • Administers and/or orders medications upon request of the Supervising Physician.
  • Someone to see consults, write notes. Would be helpful to perform small bedside procedures (ie ultrasound guided para and thoracentesis).
