We're hiring an experienced servers full time & part-time position to interact with our guests while providing courteous and gracious service delivering our product in our Kissaki Miami Lili by Night.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledgeable with our ingredients, preparation and presentation of all menu items while ensuring that every product adheres to the highest quality possible.
Managing POS & online ordering systems by updating items and receiving new orders.
Must be effective with articulating our menu while being able to resolve concerns and answer questions raised by our guests.
Provide courteous service and be able to precisely understand guests needs, bring food and beverages in a timely manner while complying to the DOH standards.
Must be approachable with our team members and our guests.
IDEAL TRAITS:
Experience working in an upscale, fast paced and high energy atmosphere.
Enjoy being detail oriented and have excellent time management skills.
Able to take constructive criticism, quick-witted and have the desire to constantly strive for excellence.
Prior experience in Japanese restaurants.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
