true work/life balance Job DetailsIn this role, you will be responsible for the onsite management of our portfolio of commercial properties, typically no more than a 30-minute radius from our office in Miami Beach, FL.
This is a hands-on position, and has a lot of flexibility for the right person to make it their own.
Typical duties include:
Marketing and showcasing vacant properties to prospective tenants Visit properties regularly, prepare a weekly status report for owners Work with onsite maintenance team members, ensuring that maintenance and cleaning schedules are adhered to Track violates and resolve with 3rd party vendors to bring into compliance Obtain proposals and research for CAPEX work, supervising the selected vendor Managing 40 year recertifications, conducting walkthroughs and ensuring that corrections are made in advance Interested in hearing more?
