We are looking for an experienced Creative Operator for our team.
Our ideal collaborators are very passionate about making new things, and really care about making any given project as good as it can be.
They need to understand and have compatible instincts with the established EDGLRD tone and art direction.
They will be responsible for the end-to-end management of various creative projects, from conceptualization to delivery, work with diverse teams, coordinating tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities Oversee creative projects and drops that range from films and games to physical products (e.
g.
fashion) Develop and maintain a strong network of external talent to work with Set up structure and strategy for how we work with a broader contributor base Support our team operations:
Manage the lease, billing, mail, and other admin duties for our Miami office Handle inbound and outbound invoices for clients, contractors, and vendors Manage payroll, expenses, and healthcare insurance Support our legal partners with employee immigration paperwork Managing the procurement process, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payment Lead and support processes for how we do things internally, including hiring, logistical coordination, and project management Operate at a principal level within our company Required skills Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Ability to thrive in a creative environment Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Experience & qualifications Passion for creative and cultural projects Proven experience in relevant operations and/or production leadership roles Strategic planning and business development experience Great network of collaborators who are excited to work with you Possible background:
