Marketing Assistant High-end boutique real estate firm in South Beach is seeking a polished, charismatic, outgoing and tech savvy Executive Marketing Assistant to report to the Director of Marketing with day-to-day tasks.
Candidate will assist in marketing especially focusing on social media efforts.
MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Duties:
Work Days - Monday through Friday 9:
30AM to 6:
30PM Help manage social media accounts and post across platforms daily (including weekends) Provide daily and direct support to the Director of Marketing & Marketing Manager Comfortable working with Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator to develop and edit marketing materials Assist sales executives Prepare technology for client meetings Answer and filter all incoming calls and check voicemails Greet and serve high net-worth individuals and clients Prepare sales meeting schedules, agendas, and meeting minutes Perform MLS Searches Assist in event planning and coordination Demonstrate loyalty, discretion, and reliability; must be trustworthy with sensitive/confidential client information Create and publish high-quality content and develop marketing material Detail-oriented:
punctuation, spelling, structure, and organization Maintain website and featured properties Develop and execute marketing copy Understand email marketing and management Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in computer marketing, business, communications, real estate or hospitality preferred 1 to 2
years' experience in administration or similar capacity preferred MLS Knowledge and Real Estate office experience preferred Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing of assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Mac and PC, Excel, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with social media management is a MUST Punctuality and reliability along with professional dress and grooming is a MUST A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of problem solving, with the ability to prioritize, work well under pressure both independently and collaboratively Strong command of English verbal and writing skills required Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred but not required Salary:
