3 Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Responsibilities for Assistant Property Manager Assist in day-to-day operations of the property management company Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise Procure necessary materials or services for property maintenance, as needed Collaborate with property management team to create advertisement materials Utilize productivity software to generate and deliver communications for tenants and other stakeholders Supervise community and property management employees, including maintenance crews Respond to requests from local governments and communities to ensure legal compliance in all managed properties Qualifications for Assistant Property Manager A Bachelor's or Master's degree may be necessary, depending on industry served Real estate broker license may be required, depending on property management company location Other licenses or certificates may be necessary, depending on company location 1-3 years of previous experience working in property management Proven knowledge and understanding of property management procedures, including legal requirements Experience using common operating system, such as Microsoft Windows or MacOS Comfort creating reports and other materials using Microsoft Word and other tools Detailed-oriented with a notable focus on ensuring and maintaining accuracy in record keeping Ability to communicate effectively and positively with current and potential tenants Job Type:
